    Seattle Real Estate

Known as the “Emerald City”, Seattle consists of some of the most breathtaking views in the Northwest. Seattle is especially known for its “urban village” feel because of the fact that it is split into neighborhoods, each with its own unique atmosphere and inhabitants. Despite the fact that downtown Seattle is a bustling metropolis with massive skyscrapers and high end stores, just minutes away are small, quiet neighbourhoods with historical homes. Seattle earns its title as the most-caffeinated city with 35 coffee shops per 100,000 residents. Seattle is also one of the most diverse areas with restaurants, art, and culture reflecting the melting pot that fills this beautiful city.

Each neighborhood has its own distinct feel where one can put roots down and start a family in historic Queen Anne overlooking Elliott Bay and downtown, be close to some of the world’s most important corporations in South Lake Union, or be in an architecturally stunning neighborhood in Pioneer Square near the stadiums just a few blocks from some of the oldest pubs and restaurants in the city. Breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, lakes, and urban environment of the city make it one of the most distinctive places to live. Seattle is one of the fastest growing cities in
the United States, yet one can still find small-town qualities in each of the unique neighborhoods of the city.

Seattle has its advantages in its location not only because of the spectacular water views, but also because of its proximity to the mountains surrounding the Seattle area. A short drive outside of the city and one can be in the mountains hiking magnificent trails, or exploring the picturesque San Juan Islands. Seattle is an ideal location because of the fact that it is surrounded by nature; yet, it still has all the elements of a major metropolitan area all while maintaining the distinctive feel of each neighborhood.
